Lake Road Labs LLC, doing business as The Atlas Register (“Atlas,” “we,” “us”), is committed to making Atlas Watch Registry accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and keyboard-only navigation.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.

What we do

• Design with color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG 2.2 AA minimums.
• Use semantic HTML — landmarks, headings, and programmatically associated form labels — so the site is navigable with assistive technology.
• Support full keyboard operation, including a skip-to-content link and visible focus indicators.
• Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
• Respect reduced-motion preferences where animation is used.
• Test with automated accessibility tooling as part of our development process, alongside manual review of new features.

Known limitations

Some portions of the Platform rely on third-party components (for example, our sign-in and account management screens) whose accessibility we do not fully control. We monitor these vendors and pass along accessibility issues we or our users identify. We are also actively improving keyboard and screen-reader behavior in some in-app dialogs.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on the Platform — or need help completing any task, such as registering a watch or transferring a record — please tell us. We aim to respond within five business days and to remediate confirmed barriers promptly.

Compatibility

Atlas Watch Registry is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and with common assistive technologies, including VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS. The site is responsive and supports browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
